THe Steel Pan Band from the school were asked to play at the Church Fete last Saturday. This is the first chance that I have had this year to see the Band play in Public, they were fantastic and did themselves proud. THe sound of this music never fails to make me smile and goodness knows we have all needed something to smile about this week!
Dad was taken back in to hospital on the tuesday and is very poorly and to top it all Nanny Joan had a heart attack on Friday and is in the same hospital.
On Friday Morning we had the Mums ( plus HeadTeacher Mr B) versus the team school netball match! The whole school turned out to watch us and to support the children! We just about managed to beat them , but if I am really honest, only because we were taller than them! Once they got hold of the ball they were so fast we couldn't get it back. It was a great morning and boy oh boy could I feel my muscles complaining on Saturday morning
