CAMPING

We thought that it would be fun to give the tent a trial run in the garden and sleep out with the boys!! THat will explain the bags under my eyes to anyone that sees me today. Actually the kids settled fairly quickly , but as predicted Ben woke and needed the toilet,at 5am ( give or take) he was then wide awake and found it very difficult to settle again. At 7am , I gave in and let him go back in to the house to watch some television. Luke woke at around 5.30 and moaned for half an hour or so that he couldn't sleep, he then fell asleep again and woke at 8.50! SO all in all not bad for a trial run, we just have to hope that when we go for real they will both be so exhausted that they will sleep through until a little later
